Independence Day
Submitted by Michael Hampton on Sun, 2008-07-06 19:57.On July 4 I woke up in Pennsylvania, in a mansion which had served as a station on the Underground Railroad, that network of people and places which helped slaves escape their bondage before and during the Civil War. And I thought that, with the replacement of yesterday's chattel slavery with today's universal bondage, it may be time for a new Underground Railroad.

No Fly List, try the No Hire List
Submitted by Freedom Under Fire on Thu, 2008-05-22 19:38.In an effort to curtail those nasty illegal aliens, the Federal Government now is trying to introduce and pass legislation that would give them, the State, oversight on hiring of employees across the nations 7.4 million employers.
