USA Today praises Hillary for her Nationalism. And Socialism.

Gushes USA Today of Hillary's role as Secretary of State, She'll bring global star power, a long-standing commitment to improving the status of women and children around the world and muscular promises of military action when US interests are crossed.

First, the Nationalism. What are these "US interests"? Do they include each and every one of the 150+ nations in which the US has a military presence? If not, why is the military in those states? Why does she not challenge the status quo? Part I, Article 25 of the NH Constitution says: Standing armies are dangerous to liberty, and ought not to be raised, or kept up, without the consent of the legislature. Does that sound to you like the opposite of a mandate to create a standing army that effectively occupies all of Western civilization?

OK, now for the Socialism. She improved the status of women and children around the world? How did she do that? Is she producing an affordable inoculation against disease? Is she producing low-cost foot-operated water pumps that improve the productivity of sustenance farmers? Has she eliminated barriers to trade, thereby allowing those third-world farmers access to the lucrative American market? Of course not. She lobbied for wealth to be coercively transferred from those who generated it, to international bureaucracies even farther removed from the taxpayers than the Federal Government.

Nationalist-Socialism. She'd make a passable neocon.
