5-7 Hill's Status, McCain "Mr. Conservative", RGGI

This one is great, ladies and gentlemen. On May 7, 2008, Gardner Goldsmith, New England’s most recognized defender of individual liberty, sped into four major stories with universal import. First, he discussed the near-death experience of Hillary Clinton’s campaign, asking the eternal question (and a play on the Clash), “should she stay or should she go now?”

Then Gard studied the claims by the sudden defender of the Constitution, John McCain, that he would appoint strict constructionists to the federal courts. NOTHING McCain has done in the past would indicate that he would want such judges in the federal courts, including the US Supreme Court. In fact, his prior bad acts tell us that if he were to appoint strict constructionists (also known as originalists), most of what he had fought hard to pass while a Senator would be overturned. McCain is about as real as Pam Anderson’s chest.

Gard also discussed the INSANE move afoot in NH to make the energy suppliers pay for the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, which could cost NH energy users over 100 million Dollars the FIRST YEAR. The esteemed Governor of NH, John Lynch (GOSH GEE), is behind it. No kidding.
