 There comes a time when asking for yours rights is no longer a course to follow, when there is no effect. The Libertarian party of New Hampshire

has for over a decade ask for equal election access. We, the members of the libertarian party have testified many times before the legislature

that the laws were unconstitutional, unfair, and a sad blemish to an open democratic soceity. We warned both parties that we would not tolerate the 

continued discrimination. We told them we would go to the courts, we would enter their parties and work within and without the system.

There are two cases which the supreme court will hear. Magically, both cases are going to be heard on the same date. I say magically, because

we have been waiting for the date for the past 6 months. I think, the court /and or political parties did not like the fact that libertarians are going to
