Gun-rights advocate demands police receive new civil rights training

Chief David Mara and Mayor Frank Guinta,
Wilson Street resident Ryan Marvin alleges
that police violated the Constitutional
rights of his friends and him during an incident
earlier this month, and he demands a
public apology.

Hello everyone,
My name is Christina Heller. As many of you may recall, last fall my partner Craig and I produced "rent FREE," the short documentary highlighting Alec Muller and his involvement with the FSP. It aired on Current TV and was also featured on the FSP website.

As you all know, the story of (and stories behind) this movement are both compelling and mostly ignored by the press. Based on these facts we have decided to produce a feature length documentary on the Free State Project.

The documentary will be filmed throughout this summer and fall, and edited through the winter with a completion date in the spring of 2009. It will run roughly 60-90 minutes, and be submitted to regional and national film festivals.

Dr. Mary Ruwart is running for President on the Libertarian Party ticket. She's also my personal preference for the LP candidate. And, 25 minutes into her recent interview on Free Talk Live, she endorsed the Free State Project!

Tom Caruso and Marc Femenella are independent filmmakers residing in New York City. They are working on a film about the Free State Project, titled A Candid World. There's plenty of video-friendly content to pick from: civil disobedience acts, like getting arrested for giving a manicure... pelting Federal buildings with snowballs... and HUNDREDS of libertarians and Ron Paul supporters massing in one place.

I'm not sure how the Free State Project is going in New Hampshire, but the Police State Project appears to be advancing rapidly here in California.

Michael Badnarik is an author, software engineer, and was the 2004 Libertarian Party candidate for US President. He hosts a show Lighting the Fires of Liberty on the We the People Radio Network.

On his show today, he interviewed Irena Goddard, President of the Free State Project (and my wife!)
Irena grew up in the formerly Communist country of Czechoslovakia. She and Michael discussed Czech present and past, her memories of living in a Communist state, and the parallels with the current situation in the USA.

Morey Straus is a First1000 early-mover to New Hampshire. He is deeply, passionately libertarian.

Current TV is a company led by former U.S. Vice President Al Gore. He is definitely not libertarian. Current TV did a first-rate "voter profile" of Morey.

Some people complained about "Live Free or Die" in the state where Ron Paul got "only" 8% of the vote.
Now, after Super Tuesday, it appears he did better in New Hampshire than any other Primary state.

Ahem.
